Brief Introduction
QW series non-clogging submersible sewage pump is a new generation of submersible sewage pump products developed successfully on the basis of digesting and absorbing the advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad.With many years of design, manufacturing and use experience and through multiple technological innovations, the products have become more reliable and mature.
The product is characterized by wide high efficiency area, high operation efficiency, strong passing capacity, long service life, convenient installation, complete control functions, etc. QW series are state-level new products and has won the second prize for scientific and technological progress.
In order to meet the requirements of different working conditions, heat-resistant, wear-resistant or flameproof submersible sewage pumps have been successfully developed for customers to choose from.
Product Features
1. The flow passage component has a unique design and wide high-efficiency area, and some pumps are characterized by total head (no overload), which makes they can operate efficiently and safely within a large flow range.
2. Strong passing capacity and anti-clogging design of large passage of impeller enable the pump to effectively transport solid particles with diameter of 5-125 mm and various long fiber fluids.
3. The motor adopts a spacer-type external circulation cooling system, which can run safely and reliably even when the pump is exposed above the liquid level or installed in a dry way.
4. The automatic coupling installation system features reasonable design, good strength, flexible and simple installation, and no pump room is required, which reduces the project cost.
5. The product is equipped with an alarm protection system for overload, leakage, over-temperature, humidity, flooding and other alarms as well as a liquid level control system for centralized control and effective protection of various operating conditions.
Scope of Application
The submersible sewage pump is mainly used in municipal works, industry and agriculture, hospitals, buildings, hotels, restaurants and other industries for conveying waste water, urban sewage and rainwater containing solid particles and various long fibers.
It is also used for raw water transportation, aquaculture and irigation. (Equipped with special materials for application in certain occasions with corrosive medium).
Service Conditions
- The temperature of the pumped medium shall not exceed +40℃
- The PH value of the pumped medium is 4-10
- The volume ratio of solid phase in the pumped medium is less than 2%
