Design Description of Submersible Axial Flow Pump
The submersible axial flow pump is mainly composed of the pump body, impeller, guide vane device, inlet, and outlet.
The shape of the submersible axial flow pump body is cylindrical, the impeller is fixed on the pump shaft, the pump shaft is supported by two bearings in the body, and the pump shaft is connected with the motor drive shaft through the top coupling.
The outlet pipe is usually a 60° or 90° elbow, its function is to change the direction of the liquid outflow.

The shape of the guide vane device is conical or cylindrical and is generally equipped with 6 to 10 guide vanes. The function of the guide vane device is to increase the pressure after the liquid from the impeller flows through the flow channel formed by the guide vanes and improve the efficiency of the pump.
